PROCESSING TIME : When will my order ship?
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be shipped.
All orders are processed and verified within 1-2 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays). For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day.
What shipping carrier is used ?
We ship all packages with USPS. Allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the https://www.usps.com/ site from the time you receive your tracking information email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days.
How Much is Shipping?
Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Damages/Lost Packages
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout.
